Safe Kids Fair

Safe Kids Fair 2023

When: Sunday, September 24th from Noon to 3:00 PM
Where: Community Medical Center campus (right off of Fort Missoula Rd)

We welcome you to join us at this free family event on the last Sunday in September! While the Safe Kids Fair offers FREE fun for the whole family, it is about so much more than that. Our annual event provides western Montanans with life-saving education and take-action information to protect children from preventable injury – the leading cause of death for children in the U.S. and here in Montana. This is an issue that we all can, and must, address head-on as no parent/grandparent should lose a child to a preventable injury.

Learn how you can be safe at home, on the road and during play! Talk to safety experts including firefighters, law enforcement officers and emergency responders. The Safe Kids Fair is an important part of our mission in protecting children from preventable injuries. Preventable injuries, from incidents such as vehicle crashes, home fires, poisoning and more, are the leading cause of death for children in the U.S. Our supportive volunteers are a vital part of our Fair’s success in reaching children and families with engaging activities and critical information.
