Community Health Alliance’s Health Grants Program provides focused funding for nonprofit organizations and educational institutions tackling health challenges across Western Montana. Twice-yearly cycles support projects that improve care, education, and wellness in our region.

Support when you need it most. Our patient assistance funds ease the financial strain of medical care by covering essential costs such as travel, nutrition, supplies, and other needs. With the generosity of donors, we help Western Montana patients and families focus on healing without added financial burden.
